About jonathan yoder, pmhnp
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in supporting adults with depression with various tools including accurate diagnosis, tailored medication use, lifestyle changes, psychotherapy, and interventional treatments.
you have been working hard but feeling stuck:
That doesn’t mean you can’t get better. Change is possible.
Many of today’s solutions for depression are generic and don’t account for your specific biology, personality, and life experiences. This can lead to inadequate improvement and continued suffering. I know that you are unique, so we need to explore that uniqueness in multiple dimensions to tailor treatment that fits you.
How I work
At the core of my approach is the belief that generic treatment gets limited results.
We will start by using a multi-dimensional framework to explore biological, temperamental, behavioral, and life experiences that are causing depression and anxiety. Then we create a unique plan tailored to be most effective for you.
